Money-Back Guarantee & Refund Policy

The Money-Back Guarantee applies only to students who:

• Are 9 years of age or older on the date of enrolment.
• Attend all seven days of the initial training programme without missing a scheduled class.
• Attend any additional training sessions offered under this guarantee.
• Follow the trainer’s instructions and complete the prescribed practice activities.
• Do not have a relevant hand tremor or other condition that materially affects handwriting and prevents a fair assessment under the programme.

The age restriction and all eligibility conditions must be reviewed and accepted before payment.

For this guarantee, handwriting improvement means improvement in legibility. Letters and words should become sufficiently clear and readable for an ordinary reader to understand the written text.

The guarantee relates to handwriting legibility only. It does not guarantee perfect handwriting, a particular handwriting style, improved writing speed, or academic results.

An initial handwriting sample will be collected before training begins. A final sample will be collected after the initial seven-day programme.

The samples will be compared to assess handwriting legibility. Where the final sample does not meet the programme’s stated legibility standard, the student will be offered additional training.

The assessment will focus on the readability of letters and words, rather than aesthetic perfection.

If the student’s handwriting remains insufficiently legible after the initial seven-day programme, Write Right will provide up to five additional days of training at no additional charge.

The student must attend the additional sessions and follow the trainer’s prescribed instructions and practice activities.

If the student completes the initial seven-day programme and the offered additional training, meets all eligibility conditions, and the final handwriting sample still fails to meet the stated legibility standard, Write Right will refund the course fee paid for the eligible Handwriting Improvement Programme.

No discretionary deduction will be made from the eligible course fee under this guarantee.

The parent or student may request a refund by contacting Write Right through the official contact details published on our website.

Write Right will review the attendance record, completion of the prescribed activities, and initial and final handwriting samples. The assessment will be conducted against the legibility standard communicated before enrolment.

The customer will be informed of the decision and the reasons for it. An approved refund will be processed to the original payment method, wherever feasible, within 14 business days of the refund decision.

Nothing in this policy is intended to exclude or restrict any consumer rights or remedies available under applicable Indian law.
