Shipping & Delivery Policy

Only the books and study materials listed in your course or order confirmation are included. Physical materials are shipped through Speed Post or a reputed courier, subject to service availability at your delivery address.

Any applicable shipping charges and delivery restrictions will be communicated before payment.

Physical materials are normally dispatched within 3 working days of receiving payment and complete delivery details.

Estimated delivery time after dispatch is:

• Metro cities: 3–5 working days.
• Major towns: 4–7 working days.
• Other locations: Depending on courier serviceability; the estimated timeline will be communicated before payment.

Working days exclude Sundays and public holidays. Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by holidays, weather, transport disruptions or courier delays. We will assist with tracking and resolving delivery issues.

Tracking details will be shared where the delivery partner provides this facility.

Please provide a complete address, PIN code and reachable contact number. For address corrections, contact us as soon as possible. Changes after dispatch depend on the courier’s ability to redirect the shipment.

If an incorrect address or recipient unavailability causes a return, any applicable re-dispatch charge will be communicated and agreed before reshipping. No additional charge will apply where the error is ours.

Online class instructions and any included digital materials or access details will be provided through the communication channel specified at enrolment, according to the confirmed course schedule.

Digital downloads are included only where expressly stated in the selected course. If access details are missing or do not work, please contact us for assistance.

Please contact us promptly if your shipment is not received within the estimated timeline, is marked delivered but has not arrived, or contains damaged, incorrect or missing items.

Share your order details and, where available, photographs of the packaging and affected materials. We will investigate and arrange an appropriate replacement, re-delivery or refund, as applicable. An unboxing video is not mandatory for raising a complaint.

If delivery of materials required for training is delayed, contact us before the scheduled start so we can arrange a suitable solution.

For materials purchased or supplied directly through a franchise centre, please confirm collection or delivery arrangements with that centre. Unresolved concerns may be escalated to Write Right.

Cancellation and refund requests are handled under our Cancellation & Refund Policy. Nothing in this policy limits your rights or remedies under applicable Indian law.
