Write Right offers an Online Handwriting Improvement Course that includes books and practice materials as specified at enrolment. Other programmes listed on our website are conducted through our franchise centres.

The applicable fees, duration, delivery format, materials and support will be communicated before payment. Please provide accurate student information, contact details and delivery address.

Students must have access to the device and internet connection required for their online course. Attendance, participation and completion of prescribed activities are necessary to benefit from training.

Books and materials will be dispatched according to the delivery information provided before purchase. Please report missing, incorrect or damaged materials through our official contact details so we can arrange an appropriate resolution under our Shipping & Delivery Policy.

Local franchise centres manage their class schedules, enrolments, payments and day-to-day training. Please obtain the applicable course terms and a payment receipt from your centre.

Centre-related concerns should first be raised with the relevant centre and may be escalated to Write Right if unresolved. The responsibilities of Write Right and the centre will depend on their respective roles, commitments and applicable law.

Our Handwriting Improvement Programme focuses on clearer, more legible handwriting. It does not promise perfect handwriting, a particular style, increased writing speed or academic results.

The Money-Back Guarantee is available only for a programme expressly offered with this guarantee and to students who:

• Are aged 10 years or older at enrolment.
• Attend all seven days of the initial programme and all additional sessions offered under the guarantee.
• Follow the trainer’s instructions and complete prescribed practice activities.
• Do not have a relevant hand tremor or another condition that materially affects handwriting and prevents a fair assessment under the programme.

Students below 10 may enrol but are not eligible for this specific guarantee. All eligibility conditions and the legibility standard must be communicated and accepted before payment.

Initial and final handwriting samples will be compared against that standard. If handwriting remains insufficiently legible after seven days, up to five additional days of training will be provided at no additional charge.

If an eligible student completes the required training and activities and their final sample still fails to meet the stated standard, the course fee paid for the eligible programme will be refunded without discretionary deductions.

Cancellation and refund requests will be handled under the policy disclosed before payment. Guarantee requests will be reviewed using attendance records, prescribed activities and handwriting samples. The decision and reasons will be communicated to the customer.

Approved guarantee refunds will be processed within 14 business days of the refund decision, to the original payment method wherever feasible. Guarantee eligibility conditions do not restrict remedies for defective materials, deficient services or other rights under applicable law.

Books, worksheets, videos and other course content are for the enrolled student’s personal learning. Unauthorised copying, distribution, resale or public sharing is prohibited.

Personal information is handled under our Privacy Policy. Promotional use of a child’s identifiable photograph, video or work requires separate parental or guardian consent.

Updates to these terms will be published with a revised date. Changes will not retrospectively reduce agreed benefits or rights relating to an existing enrolment.

Indian law applies. Nothing in these terms limits any consumer right or access to a competent court or consumer forum.
